Globaltech, Inc. is seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This Construction Project Manager will join a multidiscipline group of dedicated design-build professionals to round out our engineering service capabilities in the municipal water and wastewater facilities market.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organize and oversee construction procedures
Read and interpret engineering drawings and equipment specification
Monitor and evaluate work progress
Coordinate startups
Responsible for estimating and procuring materials needed
Manage subcontractors
Conduct onsite meetings with owners, engineers, subcontractors
Update and communicate the project schedule to ensure timely completion.
Manage budget, interpret, and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
5 years of Construction Management experience in municipal water/wastewater facilities
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management a plus
Knowledge of construction/project management software
Experience with Procore and CMiC a plus
Experience managing direct reports a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PMP Certification a plus
Ability to pass a background check and clearance to work at government facilities
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records search
Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test
Have a good knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines
