The elevated water storage tank for the Town of Mangonia Park was aging and deteriorated. Under a consent order issued by the Palm Beach County Health Department, the County’s Water Utilities Department contracted with Globaltech to replace the aging tank.
As a design-build company, Globaltech permitted, designed, constructed and commissioned the tank removal and replacement with assistance from subcontractor Pittsburg Tank.
The project scope included a hydraulic evaluation of the distribution system, including flow and pressure testing and recommendations for interconnect use while the elevated tank was out of service.
