Design Build
Globaltech has executed design build projects ranging from $20,000 to over $3 million. With over 300 design build projects completed to date, we are leaders in the south Florida design build market. With licenses in multiple engineering specialties, general contracting, mechanical contracting, plumbing, and underground utility and excavation, we self-perform the majority of our work, providing us with greater control over our project’s budget and lifecycle.
We hold five separate multiple-year continuing design build contracts with public utilities in south Florida – which allow our clients to skip the bidding process, cut out the middle man, and fast track their capital improvement schedules.
Engineering
Globaltech provides consulting engineering services ranging from conceptual planning, design, and permitting to services during construction, and commissioning. We have completed over 250 engineering consulting contracts to date, ranging from a few thousand dollars to over $2 million. Our staff is comprised of experienced environmental, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers who are also uniquely skilled project managers, capable of providing clients with a smooth transition from design to construction completion.
We currently hold five separate multi-year continuing engineering contracts with local public utilities, providing optimization and value engineering for water and wastewater systems, reclaimed water, and water resources.
Construction
Globaltech is a skilled full-service general contractor, providing general, mechanical, plumbing, and underground utility construction services for the water and wastewater industry. Our staff includes estimators, procurement specialists, Primavera© project schedulers, project assistants, project managers, construction superintendents, and a skilled labor workforce capable of seamless teamwork to bring our projects to fruition.
We actively bid and secure traditional design-bid-build construction contracts throughout the region, strengthening our database of vendors and service providers, and ensuring our estimating database and pricing remain competitive.
I&C Electrical
Globaltech is a trusted provider of electrical engineering, electrical contracting, and instrumentation & controls (I&C) services. We have over a decade of design and hands-on experience in the field. Since becoming a licensed electrical contractor (EC13011554) in 2022, we have built a strong reputation for delivering safe, reliable, and code-compliant solutions across industrial and commercial sectors.
In 2023, we expanded our capabilities by becoming a certified UL 508A Panel Shop and now perform in-house fabrication of high-quality electrical control panels tailored to your exact needs and specifications.
